The hotel is under construction for renovations, which wasn’t advertised by Hyatt. So there is lots of sawdust and banging in the lobby throughout the morning continuing into the early evening, perceivable all the way up to the sixth floor with ease. Also, there is construction on the actual floors too. However, the location is good and the staff is very friendly and kept apologizing for the construction.

Reserved room with 2 beds, got only 1. Toilet with non stop running water, shower takes 5 minutes to heat up. Hotel under construction, it was loud. Breakfast selection is poor, so didn't bother.

I checked in Friday evening at 7 pm and by 9:30 I had packed up and checked out. The room was absolutely filthy. Dust and grime on every surface but the sheets. Surfaces had crusties, smudges, and stuck on old food (??) everywhere. The bathroom towels were in literal tatters. The elevators were scuffed so much that the doors had trouble sliding closed. They were very shaky and felt unsafe and one of them had been scratched up so bad. Staff was very nice and the location is good. I will not stay here and will not recommend.

A very nice hotel. The rooms were really big. The bed was really comfortable. The Staffs were really friendly and comfortable. Nice location and easy access to highway. I would stay there again.

The room was small. Too soft pillows, had to bring my own. Bathroom small, ceiling fan weak, no dresser to put our clothes in. Closet was miniscule. The sleeper soda was uncomfortable to sit on. The TV stations available were terrible. Not everyone wants to watch news and sports. Would have loved to relax after our meetings watching HGTV and Foid network The coffee packets provided were very good. The free breakfast was very good too. The employees went out of their way to be helpful. One employee, Shandon, tracked down a better refrigerator for us and personally brought it to our room so I could keep my insulin cold. They greeted us everytime we entered the lobby. The hotel is undergoing renovations so hopefully they will correct the problems.

Haven't finished my stay so far, but my wife booked us a room at this hotel for a roughly week long vacation to Dallas with our children. The room is okay, but service is lacking. I told the front desk that our fridge isn't working. They said give it a couple hours to cool down. It is cold, but not working refrigerator cold now on day 2. One of my sons accidentally spilled juice on one of the beds. We cleaned it up, but I then asked the front desk when housekeeping would come by because we needed new sheets or for those to be washed. They said that they would note that and that housekeeping was coming that day. Fast forward to the end of the day when we returned and housekeeping has never come by. Overall this hotel provides a meh experience and I'd rather pay extra for a better one next time.

Everything about this Hyatt Place was perfect. Check in was smooth, our room was perfect and CLEAN, breakfast was perfect and the staff was so very friendly, accommodating and amazing! Thank you for having us! Oh! And loved the shampoo/conditioner! Great extra touch!

Yes hotel is being renovated. However the existing condition is so bad the hotel should be closed until the renovation is done. Hyatt should be ashamed to allow this property to be under their banner in such a deplorable condition. …
